BELINTERTRANS Forwarding Republican Unitary Enterprise under the Belarusian Railway is a customs agent (License No. ТА-0600/0000048 issued by the State Customs Committee) which renders a set of services related to customs clearance of exported/imported and transit cargo.

The customs clearance stations for imported/exported cargo declaring have been created in the places comfortable for the customers, at the following stations: Molodechno, Minsk-Passenger (luggage compartment), Lida, Orcha-Eastern, Kolyadichy, Pukhovichy, Mogilev II - at the Dnieper, Krichev I, Slutsk. Their number is ever growing. Each station has all equipment and hardware necessary for successful operation of Declarants. Complete interaction with the customs bodies on the customs clearance issues is ensured. Re-equipment of the material and technical base are carried out on the permanent basis; the workers undergo regular training and participate in the workshops devoted to innovations in the customs laws of the Republic of Belarus and other countries.

Having signed a contract, any cargo owner or forwarder ensures unhampered movement of his/its cargo by railway throughout the territory of the Republic of Belarus, and receives timely complete information on the work done based on documents drawn up for cargo delivery control. For this purpose an appropriate material and technical base was created which is continually upgraded in accordance with the up-to-date demands. Software has been developed, enabling presentation of the fullest information on transit declaration at the frontier stations to the customers.
